Ingredients for Paneer Masala
Paneer cubes – 2 cups
Curd – 1/2 kg
Cashew – 1/4 cup
Ginger chopped – 1 tbsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 2 tbsp
Cumin powder – 2 tsp
Kashmiri red chili powder – 2 tsp
Dry red chili – 2-3
Black pepper – 1/4 tsp
Cloves – 2-3
Kasuri fenugreek – 1 tsp
Green chili slit – 2-3
Oil – 3 tbsp
salt – as per taste

Paneer Masala Recipe
To make paneer masala vegetable without onion-garlic, first take paneer and cut it into square pieces. Now take a big bowl and put one tablespoon of oil in it. Now add turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, kasoori methi, coriander powder and salt as per taste to the oil and mix it well with the help of a spoon. Now put paneer pieces in this mixture of spices and coat them well.
Now put 2 tbsp oil in a pan and keep it on the gas for heating. When the oil becomes hot, add the coated paneer and fry it lightly. After this, turn off the gas and take out the paneer in a plate. Now heat water in a vessel and boil cashews in it. When the cashews are boiled, transfer them to a blender and grind them to make a smooth paste.

Now put curd in a vessel and whisk it well. Add 2 tbsp cashew paste to the beaten curd and mix. Now mix 1 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili, half teaspoon turmeric, 1 tablespoon coriander powder and one teaspoon cumin in it. Now put a tablespoon of oil in the pan and heat it. After the oil is hot, add one spoon of cumin, clove, black pepper, dry chilies and sauté lightly.

Now add finely chopped ginger and green chillies and fry them. Now add the prepared curd mixture and mix and cook on medium flame. Boil the gravy adding water as required and then add salt as per taste. When the gravy boils well, add roasted paneer to it and mix with a spoon and cook for 2 minutes. Finally add kasoori methi, garam masala, green coriander leaves and after cooking for some time turn off the gas. Tasty paneer masala without onion and garlic is ready.
